Suggested Uses

It’s absolutely wonderful in a pastry shell topped with fresh fruits in season and a dollop of whipped cream. It is a sweet, creamy, curd with just the right amount of intense flavor. Mix with yogurt or whipped cream to make a delicious fruit dip. Great as a filling in crepes, or a spread on waffles.
